What Is Leadership
What makes a leader? VISION. This is the most important thing that separates a follower and a leader. However, if you're asking what makes a GOOD leader? It must be his ability to SHARE HIS VISION to his/her followers. To be able to do so, one must have the capacity to connect and relate with people. And once he/she masters that, his people will gain trust and automatically accept the vision. Flexible leadership, however, involves being able to adapt your leadership style according to the situation and the state of the team - eg: taking charge when a team is forming but playing the role of coach when a team is managing itself well.
